Be careful. This is a place where you can buy a car in a very professional manner with excellent customer service – until you sign the contract. After that, everything changes. God forbid you have to come back because there's a problem with the car. The bumper-to-bumper warranty you will surely hear about is just a lure to buy the car. However, it is not respected at all. The worst car buying experience of my life! No one got back to me throughout the entire process. At first they hound you to fill out an application and then COMPLETELY ignore you. I had to constantly reach out to THEM to find out what was going on. No communication what so ever and a big waste of my time. When they finally got back to me they had a ridiculous offer for me, $10,000 down on a 26,000 car AND with my trade which had about $4 000 in equity. All they need to do is simply call people back! They lie on their website and say low down payment which is in the case they want 30% plus some! They wanted me to put down over $10,000 on a car plus take my trade on a $26,000 car. If i have to go to a buy here pay here establishment I probably dont have that much cash hanging around. They should be up front and say that on their website. I did not see that anywhere. Advice for you don't waste your time!

Here's my review. Went there on a Saturday morning ( because I work ) was given a list of vehicles in inventory and the price list. Walked the lot, found 1 car that might be in good condition that was interested in. Told to fill out application. Turned in application. Was told the finance was on call on Saturdays we will call you Monday. They called Monday said what we were approved for but the vehicle had to go through the shop.
