The fact that Dr tan and management are treating me like my health doesn't matter says alot. They are unprofessional doesn't call you back in a timely manner for an appointment and when you call them your on hold or you get transferred to someone else.. I feel like I have been treated very poorly do to my health problems. I had an MRI done in 2015/2016 because of pain in my thumb. This "Doctor" looked at the MRI and said my pain was caused by scar tissue and nothing could be done. In 2024 I finally found a Doctor that would treat the scar tissue with injections and he asked to look at the MRI I had in 2015/2016 and he said the was a bone marrow edema in my thumb joint that was causing most of my pain. REDICULOUS! I'm finding a new Doctor!
Dr Tan has been my doctor for over 25 years. He treats you like a person & not just a number. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, charismatic & helpful.
