Dr. Bradford is a warm, friendly doctor. I believe he always has his patient's health and comfort as his most important goal.
This office performed a procedure on my father this week. My fathers caregiver asked that the office call her when he was ready to be picked up as she also attends to my mothers care. She left her number but never received a call. She returns to the office at 4:30 to find my elderly father, sitting in his walker OUTSIDE OF THE FRONT DOOR. They did the procedure, and parked him out front WITHOUT calling the caretaker like he’s part of some sort of medical assembly line and not an actual patient. He is amazing. He is knowledgeable, personable, and responsive. His bedside manner is excellent. Can’t say enough good things about him. He treated and operated on my brother for renal carcinoma. He’s the best!
AWFUL- TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT ; I took my elderly mother in law in for an on going UTI; Within the first 2 minutes of entering the room he proceeds to tell this sweet woman,who is clearly in pain " Well this is it ... this is as good as its gonna ever gonna get - I mean you are almost 90 and this is just how its gonna be" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??! He listens and does his best to help you. He has great skills as a Doctor and is a very nice man. Could not ask for better.
