The Future Renovations just as worse then before I also thought the apartments were perfect for the price and the size of the duplex's and apartments. But soon as night fell on the first day, complication. The new buildings had alot of contractor flaws..such as missing water lines, inproper installation of a/c units.. and I could go on. Apartments cheap but at a different kind of Price When we were looking for an apartment that we could afford we thought this was the answer. The apartments were huge, and really nice. But after we moved in,leterally just as night fell, we soon realized why it was so cheap. Our neighbors on either side were drug dealers. Within a week we had been offereed several different narcotics,and people were seen even in daylight doing drugs. Pit Bulls ran the neighborhood unleashed,it became so bad we had to move.
