The Future Renovations just as worse then before I also thought the apartments were perfect for the price and the size of the duplex's and apartments. But soon as night fell on the first day, complication. The new buildings had alot of contractor flaws..such as missing water lines, inproper installation of a/c units.. and I could go on. DO NOT LIVE HERE NEVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I had the worst experience with the person leasing out apartments here. Full time students are not allowed to live in these apartments. Yet when we went to applied to live here the lady did not mention that and she knew that we were students after talking to us about where we worked or where we went to school. After applying to live here and the $40 dollar nonrefundable fee, we were denied. I cant believe the service I received at this place. This lady knew about this... read more

Apartments cheap but at a different kind of Price When we were looking for an apartment that we could afford we thought this was the answer. The apartments were huge, and really nice. But after we moved in,leterally just as night fell, we soon realized why it was so cheap. Our neighbors on either side were drug dealers. Within a week we had been offereed several different narcotics,and people were seen even in daylight doing drugs. Pit Bulls ran the neighborhood unleashed,it became so bad we had to move. horrible place to live. lots of drug dealers and crime. Cops come everyday locking someone up and do not fix anything. Me and my children suffered in heat for 6 months with a broken ac unit. And the leasing staff are unprofressional and are crooks taking money from organizations and buying things for themselves instead of distributing the funds for the neighborhood they need to fix. Cops need to come do a raid and clean it up.
This place has the rudest receptionist. She looks like she just finished somebody off in the back. Didnt even say "hello" and rolled her eyes. Guess I will tell everyone not to rent here. I can not believe she has a job with so many people out of work. Please replace this mess as soon as possible!
