Your car will be broken into. NOTHING will get fixed. You will get roaches as roommates because whatever they use to kill them only feeds them. Takes them about 5 years to fix something and when they come to fix it it’s not even fixed. They always say someone will call you but they never call. If you do drugs break into cars and need a cheap place to live and don’t care how it looks then this is the place for you!!!
Get people that care about the place. Place is falling apart, maintenance is a joke, open the pools, and the fitness center. Fix the pot holes in the parking lots. I have seen less roaches in a roach breeding center.
Last summer, pool closed FOR THE SEASON mid-July! This summer, it WON'T OPEN til July! Shouldn't a pool be open all summer? I think that border on false-advertising.
Literally the worse mistake of my life renting from here bet by the end of this lease I'll be out and the dumb cunts in the office get read to tears.... seriously take your money somewhere else with air conditioning
If I could give anything less than a star, I would. THE WORST place to rent from!!! Make sure everything is clean and in working order BEFORE you move in, because it will take quite awhile before it gets fixed. Still waiting for my ac to work right. TERRIBLE!!!
Horrible place to live! My sisters car window has been busted out. Her boyfriends fathers truck got stolen, and his mothers tires stolen off her car. I wouldn't recommend this place!
