I went to Dr. Skidmore for fracture vertebrae and he helped tremendously. I needed a spinal fusion and I couldn’t have asked for things to go better from beginning to end. I am young and otherwise healthy and Dr. Skidmore restored my back/spine to near normal condition. He explained everything each step of the way and I felt completely comfortable. I would recommend any family to him. His office staff was also second to none. Megan is amazing and so very helpful. She went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough.
I had a very successful back surgery by Dr Skidmore in 2022. All of my back pain was relieved. During my office visits, he has been very thorough and answers all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Skidmore and the Mayfield Clinic.
Dr Skidmore did back surgery on me No.27, 2023 which was a success and I am doing well now . He is very concerned and explains your problem, shows test results and procedures that are needed . I highly recommend him.
Dr. Skidmore is Proficient and Precise, The Staff has always been concerning and caring. I have seen Dr. Skidmore for over 20 years and I have always followed his instructions on the best care for my lower back pain. When it came time where i needed surgery, Dr. Skidmore sat down with me and discussed pre surgery, surgery, post surgery, and the long term outcome. I have had no complications from the surgery. and I have returned to a pain-free, healthy, normal life. Thank you, Dr. Skidmore and Staff.

Dr. Skidmore is absolutely the best around, I would recommend him to anyone having severe pain and in need of surgery after exhausting all other options which is what he does. He also did my aunts surgery. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

after not being able to walk and severe pain in my lower back and groin area Dr. Skidmore performed surgery and from day one pain was gone. Went thru physical therapy which I will also state the staff there were fantastic. Never had an excellent experience from staff from the beginning to0 the end nor did Dr Skidmore spend time answer all my questions and showing and explaining what was wrong and causing the pain. I would not hesitate recommending Mayfield clinic and Dr. Skidmore and his staff to anyone with back problems.
