After having numerous problems with a car bought at another local chevy dealer, we came to Brackman. The service dept was awesome, but still decided to trade off car. Geoffrey personally went above and beyond working with GM to help right our situation. He helped us get in a brand new car with a lower payment. I could not have asked for a better experience. Only place we will be shopping for cars going forward!
Geoffrey was great and Luke was fantastic, had a few minor issues that needed attention to! The RIO made it to Hilton Head and to the OBX and back to Hilton Head! Thanks again for all that you guys did, you both went above and beyond!�

Service dept is great .If any work needs done on your Chevy or most cars and trucks this is the place to go. Also if you are looking for a new one check them out.
