I brought my 2016 Chevy Trax here for a slight issue with the rear view camera. They got me an appointment at a time that worked with my schedule, driving in from Clarion. Everyone was kind and helpful and worked to reprogram my radio quickly so that I could drive back home. Within an hour everything was fixed. After having numerous problems with a car bought at another local chevy dealer, we came to Brackman. The service dept was awesome, but still decided to trade off car. Geoffrey personally went above and beyond working with GM to help right our situation. He helped us get in a brand new car with a lower payment. I could not have asked for a better experience.
