I'd had this visit planned for months, fixed everything I needed on our truck, it was fri at noon when my husband gets home from work so we could leave at 1.. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. My mom's car was really giving her problems and Jeffrey and crew fixed the problem and really treated her great, If you are looking for a good deal on a car and top notch service, I highly recommend Brackman Chevy.
Over the years I have purchased many new vehicles from many different dealerships. From the initial meeting , making the deal, picking up the vehicle, and two routine service calls since, I have never been treated so well as at Brackman. After having numerous problems with a car bought at another local chevy dealer, we came to Brackman. The service dept was awesome, but still decided to trade off car. Geoffrey personally went above and beyond working with GM to help right our situation. He helped us get in a brand new car with a lower payment. I could not have asked for a better experience. Only place we will be shopping for cars going forward!
