B&R Auto Wrecking This is the worst place of all time. I dealt with Garraways for 20 years never a problem. B&R has the worst customer support, if you angered them in the past they put u on hold till u hang up. Just a bunch of rude inbred minimum wage POS'S. Please never buy from them...I don't know how they're still in business.Anyone who says they're honest or knowledgeable is either related or an inbreed .
Change in ownership! Not really a review, but FYI, about two weeks ago, unbeknownst to me, (my first contact with this place) this yard was bought out by B&R Auto Wrecking out of Portland. They are now part of a chain of eleven yards in Oregon and Washington. I called about three parts and got a person from one of the other yards, but he was able to look it up on their computer and found that two of the three parts were in the Chehalis yard. Very Helpful! I was looking for a computer for my car and had been looking for it for months. The gentlemen that I dealt with (mostly Jim but also Harold) were very nice and exceptionally helpful. I am from California and could not go there but they pulled the part and made sure it was the right one. Most of the reviews that are bad are poor grammar and do not give proper consideration to certain things. This tells me about their authors. This is a wrecking yard - you are not buying new parts. Dont buy anything electrical like a switch if it doesnt repair your car they wont let you return it customer service is the worst i have ever seen over priced to
I can concure with the other review , High prices, some of the employes are helpfull but nthe middle aged person with the dark graying person is RUDE and lies ab out the price giving a low ball ontel you remove the part then raising it after you get it off.
Seller I sold my totaled truck to these guys and they were fair, honest, prompt, reliable and businesslike. No complaints here!

OK is all I give 'em I read all of the horrible reviews - but needed to get the engine assembly in a bad way for my 2006 Chrysler 300 HEMI C. I got minimal gruff over the phone - but partly due to my overly nice attitude knowing the bad reviews. I arrived and the engine was still attached to the transmission - so i waited. bolts were sheared off during extraction, so a discount was issued and i paid less. They argued when I asked for it to be put on a pallett, but, we worked it out. overall -- we'll see. the engine is being ... read more
