Bad Place This is the worst place in Lewis County to buy parts for your cars or trucks.These guy's are mean,rude and just plane old asses.They jack the prices up that you can darn near buy them new instead.I will NEVER go there again.I take my business up to Pick-a-Part instead.So remember next time you need parts to go else where.
I-5 auto not people friendly They have the stuff, don't get me wrong. It took me a lot to not punch the guy behind the counter. He was a jerk. I think that place should be audited.
I-5 Auto & Truck Parts is a bad place to buy used parts dont do it!!! I bought a used transmission from this place that was so bad my mechanic could not even rebuild it.He had to buy another used transmission and rebuild it.My mechanic had never seen gears that were melted together like thees were.I paid over 500.00 dollars for this piece of garbage,and was out my core witch could have at least been rebuilt by my mechanic.So figure they scammed me about a 1,000.00 dollars.It took me two weeks to put the bad transmission in m... read more
Poor customer service I have been to this facility two times and both times the experience was horrible. Very poor customer service very rude and the whole place is a cluster #@!#@. On the last visit I bought a used computer unknowing that it cannot work on any other vehicle then the one it was programmed for. They sold me the computer and told me that it had to be reprogrammed but it cannot be programmed, what a scam. I just spent 85.00 to buy their garbage. B&R Auto Wrecking This is the worst place of all time. I dealt with Garraways for 20 years never a problem. B&R has the worst customer support, if you angered them in the past they put u on hold till u hang up. Just a bunch of rude inbred minimum wage POS'S. Please never buy from them...I don't know how they're still in business.Anyone who says they're honest or knowledgeable is either related or an inbreed .
f**k this place bunch of scammers this place sucks they sell non working parts they may work at first but all the parts are bad i bought a motor and it didn't even wanna start and they don't wanna give me a refund
Seller I sold my totaled truck to these guys and they were fair, honest, prompt, reliable and businesslike. No complaints here!

Change in ownership! Not really a review, but FYI, about two weeks ago, unbeknownst to me, (my first contact with this place) this yard was bought out by B&R Auto Wrecking out of Portland. They are now part of a chain of eleven yards in Oregon and Washington. I called about three parts and got a person from one of the other yards, but he was able to look it up on their computer and found that two of the three parts were in the Chehalis yard.
