Wrong parts mailed to me and terrible customer service. Ended up losing $165 and they could care less. Spend the extra money at a better shop.

Very poor customer service, communication skills severely lacking. Dropping off a core took almost an hour and that was after trying to drop at Spanaway location and we were told they could not issue refunds from that location...had to ask multiple times for service in Graham.... Hardly worth the 50 bucks, probably spent more in gas with the run around!

I ordered a drive shaft it was at my home in three days and a perfect fit. I then ordered a temperature control turned out to be the wrong part, so I called them up and they fixed it right away. they now have a life customer that's going to recommend them!!!!
