I worked there personally and witnessed several people scammed for wrong parts, broken parts, and delayed service of parts for the price of new ones!
put me on hold for 15 minutes just to tell me someone will call back. yeah.. still waiting for a phone call for the bad alternator you sold me! thanks a lot I had to call in to work because of this! call back a second time once again put on hold then forwarded to a voicemail? wtf. never again will I come back to this place. Great service!! Sent me the wrong color part. Let me keep the wrong part and even sent me the correct one a day later. Very pleased!
Recommendedawesome place needed some brake lines that are discontinued from Ford and I would have to get custom made which would cost quite a bit of money and they just gave them to me always great customer service one time I was waiting in line to long and I had about $200 worth of Parts MSRP and they just gave them to me
