Update: A representative called me and asked about my experience today, which I explained to him. He apologized for their poor service, gave me a discount on my purchase, told me that he would make sure that the issues with their customer service were discussed at their staff meeting!! Thank you for your time! Their customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!!! I waited for 45 minutes for a part that I was told would be ready when I got there!!!
RecommendedThese guys treat you right. I had a taillight delivered and was broken in transit (thank you UPS). B&R made good on their guarantee and provided a replacement no charge. I would recommend them to anyone.
