Awful! I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! This practice does not have a professional attitude what so ever! Long waits, wrong diagnoses, and HIPPA violations galore! Go here if you want everyone knowing your personal business cause nothing is kept a secret (per Linda)!
I have been bringing my children (two boys and one girl) to Dr. Glover for 12 years. We have ALWAYS been seen when we were in need of services. Dr. Glover is knowledgeable and pleasant. He has a great rapport with my children. .
After choosing a Doctor through a my workmans comp claim administrator. I thought for sure I was making the right decision because I chose a doctor close to my home and one that was a part of wellmont. Dont get me wrong, I have no problem with Wellmont.. But the Doctor I chose was very unproffessional and his nursing staff wasnt much help either. I called these people over & over giving them my insurance information. They never did get it filed until after the timly filing was past at Blue Cross. Now they have turned me over to a collection agency. If you have insurence do not trust them to get your claim filed propely. They sure messed mine up. Now I am going to have to pay $160 for follow up visit for my baby's first doctor visit.
A young mother takes her 3 children, ages 5,3,1 into the doctor's office with strep throat. She has strep throat, also, herself. Her husband wouldn't come with her to help manage the three children - he was at home in bed having stayed up the night before rearranging furniture. They live in a very small house which is in need of repair.
