LOVE DR GLOVER.....his staff, especially his front office staff, not so much. Rude, disrespectful and have truly never liked them. I have always seen them as a necessary evil to get to Dr Glover, who is a wonderful pediatrician. However, the proverbial straw that broke the camels back occurred recently when my wife attempted to get my daughter a same-day appt. I know that can be tough due to normal scheduling, but it was the lack of professionalism and very rude nature of the front office staff member that really put me over... read more

My oldest child is 23,my youngest child is 12. We've been going to B & G's for a very long time. The receptionist have always been polite & helpful. The wait time is about average, same as every other doctor office I've been to. I prefer Dr Kimball to any other but all the doctors in the practice is good. I recommend B & G's to anyone who wants a good pediatrician.

I will move to another city before taking my children back to that place. The receptionist are rude, the wait Time is horrendous! Why come in 15 minutes prior to appointment time when you end up sitting for almost 2 hours, get called back and wait an additional 45 minutes to be seen. .... for the quack doctor to tell you your child has the sniffles. They had bronchitis. My new born wasnt having bowel movements for weeks at a time, and he told me to use a thermometer and basically violate my son till he goes! He botched my so... read more

We are hosting a child from China with muscular dystrophy for the summer, one of the requirements for us is that we need to take the child to a doctor, dentist and for a vision check. We were told that most doctors will donate their time for the orphan and encouraged us to forward information to our doctors. We found an eye doctor who was more then happy to donate his time for Kang Hong, Dr Schwartz, and a wonderful dentist at Cedar Bluff Dental Center. We then called this Children's Faith Pediatrics because we were looking ... read more

First of all, let me start by saying that Dr. Feld is not the issue. The rest of his staff is. They are incredibly rude and incompentent and never miss a chance to make you feel more than unwelcome in their office. After taking my daughter here for the first two years of her life and dealing with the horrendous service from the front office staff, we moved to Murfreesboro, TN and were happy to have a new pediatrician. When we moved back, I also had a newborn seen here as well and had scheduled a wellness visit for my daughte... read more

I took my son there to get his standard shots and he was not feeling well. The nurse could not be bothered to listen to him and it turned out he was in diabetic ketoacidosis as the doctor had missed that he was a Type 1 diabetic. Also they misfiled our insurance, didn't correct it, and was hostile on the phone when we tried to talk with them. Avoid at all cost.

The office staff is rude, mismanaged and needs better training. The staff did not know how to properly code and bill my BC/BS insurance and the Doctor scheduled appointments for my children without advising me first, the staff does not even pass on messages left for the Doctor. I would not send my worst enemy to this office. If there was a negative rating I would give them a -5.

My husband and i both received excellent care when we recently both suffered a broken ankle and a broken foot. Dr. castle is the best.
