We have used Boyett Family Rayne Water for over 9 years now and have never regretted it. We use our water not only for refreshment but also for our pet's health and humidifiers and diffusers. Our soft water helps our appliances last longer as well. They give fantastic service and are very respectful when they communicate with us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great tasting water.

We highly recommend Boyett Family Water. We have used them for the last 2 years and couldn’t be happier. Suddenly our water began to have an unpleasant smell and taste. We called Boyett’s Family Water Treatment to help solve the problem. Hayden Boyett, the owner, came out and tested our water. I have been with Boyett’s for over a year and absolutely love the customer service if there’s anything that ever needs to be addressed I have always received same-day service at the latest the next day. They do a free service cleaning yearly on the equipment and you can count on excellence.
We have used Boyetts for years for a reverse osmosis system rental and it has been great. I like the reminder I get when it’s time for them to come service it, they are always on time, and in and out very quickly. At just over $1 a day it’s definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend.
Our water softener and reverse osmosis systems operate the way they should. I don’t think I have ever had any problems in over 6 years, but if I did, Boyett responds promptly. They take care of us!
Johnny and Ben did a great job installing my equipment. They also found electricity issue behind a stackable washer and dryer while installing drain. It was not easy to get behind this unit and would not have been found. Thanks for your help.
