MOVED TO GILBERT A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND HAVE USED BOYETTS FROM THE START. RECENTLY UNPACKED OUR COFFEE MAKER AND WAS THRILLED AT HOW GOOD OUR COFFEE TASTED. BOYETTS RECENTLY DID OUR YEARLY MAINTENANCE. OUR SERVICE PERSON WAS EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
We just purchased a new home. The family rents the water softener system. Hayden from the company called me and explained everything and made me an appointment. I had my appointment where they explained everything and added RO system onto the service as well since they maintain it all for you for one low cost a month. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I was able to select the best plan for our family! Excited to use them. Bath time already is that much better!
They offer great options for drinking water services and come in and hook everything up right away. They provide great customer service and updates every time we need something and make sure to regularly service the system to watch for leaks and keep the water clean and fresh!
I've had my water softner system & RO unit from Boyett's for 4 years now and have never had any issues. I love that they remind you when your system is due for service and always have a very knowledgeable technician show up on time. They truly provide Outstanding Customer Service all the time!!!!!

Update 12/9/2022 First and foremost this company stands by every commitment they make. The real person, real time interactions are phenomenal! When small issues arose it has only taken a quick phone call and they have worked to get a technician out to us that very day, or the next. They have excellent service and excellent products.
