I've had my water softner system & RO unit from Boyett's for 4 years now and have never had any issues. I love that they remind you when your system is due for service and always have a very knowledgeable technician show up on time. They truly provide Outstanding Customer Service all the time!!!!!

Update 12/9/2022 First and foremost this company stands by every commitment they make. The real person, real time interactions are phenomenal! When small issues arose it has only taken a quick phone call and they have worked to get a technician out to us that very day, or the next. They have excellent service and excellent products. We continue to love Boyett’s Family Water Treatment. We have a whole-house water treatment system and it’s fabulous. We are pleased with Boyett’s customer service, professionalism, responsiveness, and honesty. They really do a great job and truly nice people, from the installation technicians to office staff. We've been in the Valley for a couple of years, and we love our water treatment products (Softener and Reverse Osmosis) from Boyett's. On top of this the customer service is impeccable! I highly recommend Boyett’s Water Systems.
So happy to do this review for this family run business. They always are kind and friendly and very responsive to my needs as a customer. Our water tastes fantastic and we don't struggle with water spots on our shower door! Great company with a dynamic customer service department and wonderful tasting water.
