The Boyette Water Treatment has been fantastic. The installers, Sebatian and Tony took time to explain how the system works. We noticed how nicely our dishes turned out spotless. Our laundry made our clothes feel like fabric softener was added. This saves our time and wear and tear on the appliances. I have just retired from the Army. In the Army everything is hard even the water. We look forward to a long relationship with Hayden Boyett' s family water treatment.
The process to schedule service was easy and the techs arrived at the scheduled time. The two install techs explained what they would be doing before they started and gave a good overview of the system once completed. In addition, they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves once the job was finished.
My experience with Boyette has been AMAZING! They truly care about their customers and take great care in the relationship. Their equipment is awesome as well. We will be using them for all our water needs. I suggest to anyone looking for a water softener that you use this family owned company because job won’t get the same experience anywhere else.

Boyett’s Family Water Treatment is the best. We love the honesty, quick response and top notch customer service. When you call the office someone is there to pick up the phone, and it’s not like the rigamarole of having to press 1 for this, 2 for that…Our water softener wasn’t functioning properly due to a faulty part. We called Boyett and got it resolved quickly. We not only love our water softener but also the reverse osmosis. It feels good to know that our family is safe using clean water. That’s priceless.
Just had the system installed. The water is amazing compared to what it was before. This was so easy and cost-effective. I recommend this to anyone looking to have better water.
