I have the whole house filtration system and the water softener. Just finished my yearly maintenance on my tank less water heater. Removed the strainer/filter and had no sediment or trash in the filter. Performed the flushing of the system and it had very little signs of mineral build up on the system heater. I have been a Boyett Rayne customer since I bought my Mesa home nearly 23 years ago. We started out with purchases of a traditional salt-based water softener and an under the kitchen counter RO unit for drinking water. Both required annual maintenance. When the RO needed replacement, I decided to lease. That way a new unit including an alkalinity filter gets installed every year. Installation was fairly quick, equipment was thoroughly explained. The water tastes very different than tap and overall it is just better tasting. Water feels slick and my hair/beard feel way softer, wife's hair has benefitted in the same way. Our dishes are also crystal clear and dishwasher looks brand new after every use
We recommend Boyett's Family water treatment they are so good, professional and care for clients they call you when is time for maintenance of the system. We have our RO with them for about 10 years at my other house, now just starting at the new house.
I've been a customer of Boyett's soft water system for over 3 years and consistently receive AWESOME customer service! From the person who answers the phone to the tech that comes out to install and service the equipment. It's rare nowadays to get that kind of customer service along with reliable equipment. They are definitely #1 on my list to recommend to anyone who wants a soft water treatment system for their home!!!!
I called Boyett this morning to reported that my water softener did not seem to be working properly. They scheduled an emergency service call and the technician Gus arrived this afternoon and corrected the problem. I am very happy with Boyett. I rent both the water softener and RO system, and have had a relationship with them since we purchased our home. I receive excellent service at a very fair price.
We have the water softener and whole house filtration system. With these systems installed, the maintenance to clean the aerators and or replace the faucets aerator and showerhead is none excitant. With the whole house filtration our bottle water purchases have dropped by 90%. Overall with the system counting for my labor, parts ant bottle water purchases, the system has paid for itself. I am 100% satisfied with the systems.

Boyetts is a great company. Our water is soft and the RO system makes our water taste great.
