I called Boyett this morning to reported that my water softener did not seem to be working properly. They scheduled an emergency service call and the technician Gus arrived this afternoon and corrected the problem. I am very happy with Boyett. I rent both the water softener and RO system, and have had a relationship with them since we purchased our home. I receive excellent service at a very fair price.
We have the water softener and whole house filtration system. With these systems installed, the maintenance to clean the aerators and or replace the faucets aerator and showerhead is none excitant. With the whole house filtration our bottle water purchases have dropped by 90%. Overall with the system counting for my labor, parts ant bottle water purchases, the system has paid for itself. I am 100% satisfied with the systems.

This company has the best customer service that I have experienced, they are all so friendly and easy to deal with. We are snowbirds from Canada and this would of been our 3rd year with Boyett's but because of Covid, we are unsure when we will be able to return to Arizona. I called them and they have agreed to suspend my service, free of charge until we can get back down South. We highly recommend them to anyone needing water treatment.
Benjamin came to my house to exchange my unit. He was very polite, clean, efficient, and mannerly.; My large trash can was in his way so he put it at a location so the city could pick it up. After he was finished, he placed the can back where it originally was. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Joyce Wagner
