This company has the best customer service that I have experienced, they are all so friendly and easy to deal with. We are snowbirds from Canada and this would of been our 3rd year with Boyett's but because of Covid, we are unsure when we will be able to return to Arizona. I called them and they have agreed to suspend my service, free of charge until we can get back down South. We highly recommend them to anyone needing water treatment.
Benjamin came to my house to exchange my unit. He was very polite, clean, efficient, and mannerly.; My large trash can was in his way so he put it at a location so the city could pick it up. we recently entered into a contract with Boyette Family Bayne Water Conditioning to supply a water softener for our home . The technician and helper who installed the unit were friendly and knowledgeable . They alerted us about there coming , were on time and observed CDC protocols during their time inside . They made me totally comfortable with their operating instructions prior to leaving .

I have been a Boyett customer for many years. When my first water softener died I called them and they suggested renting a softener. I can't begin to say how happy I am that I went that route. Now if anything goes wrong Boyett comes and fixes it immediately at no charge. I have real peace of mind and the cost is low. The company is professional and their service people are fast and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!
