we recently entered into a contract with Boyette Family Bayne Water Conditioning to supply a water softener for our home . The technician and helper who installed the unit were friendly and knowledgeable . They alerted us about there coming , were on time and observed CDC protocols during their time inside . They made me totally comfortable with their operating instructions prior to leaving .

I have been a Boyett customer for many years. When my first water softener died I called them and they suggested renting a softener. I can't begin to say how happy I am that I went that route. Now if anything goes wrong Boyett comes and fixes it immediately at no charge. I have real peace of mind and the cost is low. The company is professional and their service people are fast and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!
We're extremely happy with Boyett's Family Water Treatment starting first with their installation of the plumbing for the two tanks and drainage line. It took them right at 4 hours to install the water loop and all of the valves. Kept our loss of water use to our house to less than one hour. They even found a way to install the drain line directly to the sewer line so they didn't have to install the drain line in the house so there are no unsightly drain lines showing because of the retrofit. We have been using Boyett Family Rayne Water conditioning for three years. During that time the Boyett's have been extremely helpful in answering any questions we have had. During the holidays we had a small leak when the system recycled. We told them it was not an emergency and they could wait until the first of the year to look at it. We called to have a water softener installed schedule appointment within a few days. Told us someone would be here at 10am and they were here on time . Junior was our technician very professional and polite . Went ahead and did his job what really impressed me before he entered our home he wipe his feet on outside mat .
