I have been with Boyett’s for over a year and absolutely love the customer service if there’s anything that ever needs to be addressed I have always received same-day service at the latest the next day. They do a free service cleaning yearly on the equipment and you can count on excellence.
We have used Boyetts for years for a reverse osmosis system rental and it has been great. I like the reminder I get when it’s time for them to come service it, they are always on time, and in and out very quickly. At just over $1 a day it’s definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend.
Our water softener and reverse osmosis systems operate the way they should. I don’t think I have ever had any problems in over 6 years, but if I did, Boyett responds promptly. They take care of us!
Johnny and Ben did a great job installing my equipment. They also found electricity issue behind a stackable washer and dryer while installing drain. It was not easy to get behind this unit and would not have been found. Thanks for your help.
