A cool old building sets the mood for great food!! There were different, fun sauces to try with the brisket.... even tho it can stand alone. I still prefer it alone...The baked beans are great! We even poked down dessert! Bread pudding....but not what you think... no raisins and not mushy. Comes ala mode ❤️ We can’t wait to go back! Smoked prime rib is next on our list!
My husband and I tried out the burnt ends tonight (Wednesday night special) and they were phenomenal!!! The horseradish sauce was tasty and the cornbread is always a special treat. The staff is always friendly and down to earth. My favorite bbq place in town!
Food, service and atmosphere are all top notch! The new location is awesome!
I have been there for lunch twice. The last time, I had their smoked chicken salad which was delicious! Great service!
The staff, and owner, treated us like family from the moment we walked in. The restaurant environment is warm and inviting ~ it feels like home. And the food was delicious! Tender, juicy pulled pork and brisket- lean cuts of meat. The side dishes were just as good. We will be back! Thank you Abby, Renae and Lexi for the hospitality!
Revisited Boxer Barbeque for the first time in years and first time in new location. Great atmosphere. We had the pulled pork sandwich and quarter chicken. So tender, smokey and delicious. Wonderful service and we saw so many people we knew. Definitely will not wait several years to go back.
Best BBQ In town! Love that Happy Heifer and baked beans!
