Ordered Boxer BBQ for lunch for my husband and I. We both had the mooing pig sandwich combo - him with baked beans and mac & cheese and I had the baked beans and cheesy hashbrowns. The sides were good but the sandwiches were AMAZING! The brisket was out of this world. Like the sauce options too. Only downside was the drinks (bottled pop) were flat with an expiration date of January 2020. Everything else was fabulous though. New favorite BBQ place in Council Bluffs...will visit again. Yummy! We called ahead and ordered the pulled pork family pack and caramel apple bread pudding to-go. The pork was tender, juicy and delicious. Don't think we didn't notice the portions were huge....'cuz we did! More than enough food for dinner and leftovers for lunch the next day. The bread pudding was delicious and the scoop of vanilla icecream was an unexpected surprise for a to-go order! We will be back...often!
Atmosphere is great! Service was spectacular and the food was awesome! Definitely will be going back and putting in on my favorites list!
