My family has purchased multiple Subaru vehicles from Bowser Subaru over the years and the customer service both in the dealership and the service center is top notch.
Have had multiple bad experiences with this dealer from shopping for a car and getting my car serviced there.
Proud to have purchased my Subaru Legacy from Bowser Subaru. I've been a proud Subaru owner for 6 years. I'll buy my next vehicle with Bowser, too. I've always had a great experience, whether purchasing a vehicle or getting it serviced -- I'm a Bowser customer for life!
I stop by Bowser twice a year to have my tire pressure monitor reset. I have an STi and run winter tires from Oct-Apri and summers the rest of the year. These guys always do a nice job and allow me to stop by without an appointment to get the pressure monitor quickly reset. Mike Z is great in coordinating this. Appreciate fitting me in each time. Thanks again.
I will never deal with Bowser again. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a dealer service department. Your service advisor, Michelle told me she had hand written recommendations for repairs on my invoice when she had not (I have this document as proof). When I told her I would have had the work completed she told me I didn’t have the work done because I couldn’t afford it! Your service manager, Mike was equally rude and dismissive.
