John Kovac did an amazing job. He really went the extra mile to show the car and it's features and make sure it was the car for us. He took the time to listen to our needs and even managed our unique situation. Ken in financing was very professional and made the whole paper signing portion easy to understand and effortless. I would never buy car there again. The salesman that sold me my car sucked! He tried too bait and switch me. Their bodyshop sucks! Gave me my new car back halfassed. Had to take it back to be fixed again. Now their service department at Subaru sucks! I got my oil changed and the rotten lazy tech. slopped oil all over the the rad support and on my headlight lens and on the bumper cover. They pulled it outside when done like nothing was wrong. What a joke!
Phenomenal service department!!! Great staff and gorgeous facility. I have dealt with the service manager Mike many times and he always is very understanding and informative. Would reccomend for any service necessary!
Beware of this place. I had an agreed upon price, and an appointment to look at a car. I even asked the sales team to contact me if something changed (e.g., car was sold) as I had a 2.5 hour trip to the dealership. Upon arriving, I was told the car I had inquired about was sold! They tried to cross sell me another vehicle. Thanks for wasting my day!
We bought our first Subaru today! We got a crosstrek. We absolutely love the car! We had a bumpy start with this purchase but thanks to Dave Ross and Moe Lebowitz ( sorry if spelled wrong) everything was handled beautifully and they showed us what great costumer service is at Bowser Subaru!!! Thanks guys!
