The service was fine, but when they called me to tell me my car was ready, the service advisor forgot to hang up and I heard her trash talking me in the background.
Love the folks at Bowser. I have a Subaru dealership a mile from my house that I drive right by to go to Bowser. Their shop is top notch and they are willing to work through issues that may arise such as unexpectedly burning through brake pads in 6 months. Highly recommend.
I don't like the service I got on my Subura Impresa at Bowers Subaru on 1001 Clairon.
