I specially asked Rob from finance not to do more then 1 hard inquiry on my credit, but I got an email from my monitoring website that said I had 5 new inquiries. My credit score is in the 700's, so there was no reason for this. I called after I left and after a brief discussion, rob hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable.
