Just purchased a Chevy Cruz from Ryan Sharp at Bowman. Excellent experience! The car that I had checked out on line had been sold the night before to another dealership. I had set up an appointment with Ryan and could tell that he was sincerely regretful the car was no longer available. Both he and Tasha went out of their way to set me up with another vehicle- a newer model with less miles and for a lower price. It was a no hassle, stress free experience.
I just want to say that Rhonda has been an absolute lifesaver for us. We had all but given up hope on getting our vehicle sex that we purchased, but after speaking with her, she was not only extremely knowledgeable about what was going on but worked very hard to get the problem Corrected and her and the maintenance team did an amazing job of working with us to fix a massive problem! We are very grateful and I would recommend anyone who is having an issue ask for her! Thank you so much again, we are grateful customers!
