I bought 2009 GMC Acadia after 2,000 miles had 10 codes going off they never did conversion as this car came from Canada which they should have then motor went out also need converters mid pipe so after $8,000 repairs And guess what Bowman Said to bad Offered no help So watch what you but from this very bad dealer
I had a appointment at 8 and was there 15 min early, they took my truck back at 8 and at 9;06 it was done they lied when i went back to check they were just putting it up on the hoist. So why make a appointment?
The only thing this place is good for is... NOTHING! Bought additional warranties to make sure I was covered if anything happened. We couldn't even take the truck home at time of purchase for a "brake issue" oh guess what?!? Took it in the shop last week for now THREE different issues. No problem, I bought an awesome warranty that made my payment jump $100 plus to make sure everything was covered... it's NOT!! This place is a joke !!! Never recommend this place to anybody ever!! Great service center. I have been taking my car there for 2 years now for service and have always had a great experience! Pleasant and courteous service attendants. Will continue to be a customer.
Boyfriend purchased Truck 9-6-16. Was promised center console. Contacted company several times. Was hung up on. Customer service was rude. Never received return phone call. Company also misrepresents the cars they sell. (Camero) � Will never go back or give positive referral
