I loved the ambience. Nice place to visit if youre looking for a change of scenery. Everyone was nice and helpful except the ladies at the register. When we checked in and had a few questions I thought they were rude and basically held their own conversations as though none of us were standing there. I will go again because we fid have fun and all the other staff members made up for their arrogance. Those two cahiers need to be retrained in customer service.
Bowling. Booze. Wings. What's not to like? All they need to add is some strippers!
My daughter, her boyfriend and I went in to have a drink at the bar and a snack. Bartenders were super friendly, the drinks were great and the food delicious!
Worst thing ever. You wouldn't even let me in and yet I had tickets. I'm 18. I don't need an ID to go bowling. I wasn't going there to drink

Pathetic we a family of 5. 2 x 18 year olds 1 x 14 year old and myself - the mother. Were not allowed in as I never had ID for the kids. To play bowls..... seriously what they made of? Gold? Will not recommended as the man at the door is hopelessly rude

Fun, family friendly I enjoyed the s yu atmosphere, and reasonable prices and the staff was professional.
There is no other alley quite like this one. Personal servers, themed alleys, plush searing, events, restaurants. They have it all. Not to be missed if you are visiting or even live in NYC.
