Booked online for NYE package. there was no line and the place was empty and we all had a great time.. the chicken tenders were great! and our server Amanda was great also! Book online and go early!!!
We were a party of 13 with two side-side-side alleys. We had someone from the front end come and ask us if we were planning on bowling another game and if we weren't we needed to vacate because other people were waiting to bowl. The occur d twice in less than five minutes. We paid as a group, played as a group, and were not leaving until all of the games were planted through. As a paying customer, I do not appreciate being rushed.
Purchased a VIP package for NYE expecting VIP privileges like not standing for 90 minutes in the cold when the GA ticket holder line was movIng quicker and allowed entrance before the VIP lines This place need some help in organising their entrance and check in procedures. VIP Lounge was great and no crowds however that's all we got for the extra money. No arcade games and no bowling. Drinks package was excellent however food was scarce and not replenished. Enjoyed a lot with teammates. Beautiful and wonderful and worth night
It's okay to hang out with friends there but not so good venue for employee holiday party, done it once the second time it looses the luster.
Just a terrific place! Great design, great staff and service. A completely unique spot in Manhattan. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
It was a kids party but I think I had just as much if not more than they did. I can't wait to go back there again. The food and service was excellent
