It was nice a lot of bowling sections Arcade, drinks and food. Nice and roomy.
Great place to have some fun, get together with friends and family and have birthday parties!
After putting my family on the waiting list I checked aftery half hour to see how close I was to getting a lane. I started out number 4 in line. After an hour I was "3rd in line"... wanted to leave.. but the wife wanted to stay... . I checked back a half hour later and was told that they tried to get a hold of me 5 times... I call BS on this. I was then told that they could squeeze me in, but I had to be finished within an hour. Wow
The staff is not friendly at all! From the guy on the first floor to the people on the third floor, they are rude, not nice and for a space made for entertainment and for people to have fun, they lack empathy and they make us feel uncomfortable sometimes. They also don't accept cash and people have to pay either with credit card of purchase a gift card. And the party can't pay individually, making things so much complicated. I had my birthday party here. Ordered the king pin package. One of the chosen dishes was horrible. A free explaining that we hates it they switched it out for another appetizer. Which wound up being delish!! Definitely a pretty cool experience!
Nice!!! Great spot for an office get together. Drinks, food, music, movies, and bowling!!! What more could you ask for while in Time Square🍔🍻🍷🍹🎤🎳
This place is amazing!!! I have booked two parties there and both were perfect. Great place to celebrate with friends and family while having an amazing time
