Always helpful and polite, this has become my go-to bowling alley.
Had a wonderful time on New Year's Eve. The food and drinks were plentiful and the staff was professional and friendly. I have been back since then with the same results. Fun fun and more funm
We went here and were told the wait was about 1 hour. They said they don't take reservations. We decided to stay, go to the bar, eat, and wait. We see people who came in after us get their shoes without waiting. WTF!!! Don't waste your time. Of course, they have no reason to keep customers happy, it's time square and the place is always full with people who are willing to be treated like crap. No thanks!
