It's unfortunate but after 3 years of living at Kings Colony, the current management company is trying to profit from COVID by withholding my deposit. They were unable to coordinate a live walkthrough of the unit prior to vacating nor did they make it possible to schedule a virtual walk through as promised. They helped themselves to $1,000+ worth of charges with no explanation and tacked them on to a notice of intent to make a claim on my security deposit. You do not want to live here. At all. There’s too much crap to even mention.
Recommendedliving here has been a pleasant experience so far. apartments are modern and clean , office staff are always willing to help and are pretty friendly chole-may is awesome, maintenance requests are done in a timely manner also has a nice pool and workout center.

I moved into a first-floor unit in Mid March. Since then, there have been two mice trapped in my unit; one in the bathroom near the water heater and another between the stove and fridge in the kitchen. The maintenance team claims that this is not a complex-wide issue but is unsure how the mice are entering my unit.
