I had a great experience. Yes, their office is efficient and thorough. The staff is great and very qualified. They were very willing to ensure I had a great experience. I felt NO pain during my root canal. I have been to other general dentists and even endodontists; this is by far the most efficient and thorough office I have ever been to (I asked if he would do my crown! "unfortunately not") They are a specialty office, so a little more expensive but worth it the money! Thank you Dr. Bowers and Jennifer!

I was very nervous about my appointment because this was my first root canal. I had a ton of questions and Dr. Bowers and his fantastic staff took the time to answer all of my questions and make me comfortable prior to beginning the procedure. The procedure itself was painless and took less time then I thought it would, which was a definite plus!! Friendly Staff, office fairly easy to find. Root Canal procedure was typically painless. Feel as if I was scammed out of my money, for the procedure was pointless. 1st root canal on same tooth about 20 years ago, referred there by my dentist to simply see if tooth, which had a small abcess, could be saved again. Never explained that the likelyhood of the 2nd root canal being successful was VERY low. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they took time to answer my questions. I was treated with respect, gentleness and kindness. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. VERY IMPRESSED! I was referred to Dr. Bowers by my dentist for a root canal, having never had one before i was very apprehensive. When i called to make the appointment the front office staff was more than helpful coordinating the appointment to fit my needs and also explaining the financial policy.
