i brought in a gold ring and you guys offered me crap.. like 14 bucks for it.. so instead i took it to fort wayne where i live and a jeweler up here gave me DOUBLE what you offered me.. both offers were for scrap gold ONLY .. i came to the conclusion.. whoever helped me at BOWERS was trying to lowball me for no reason because 2 hours later i ended up getting double what you offered me.. after that experience, that has kept me from returning and buying my engagement/wedding rings from you guys... i felt like i was being cheat... read more
