My father is 70 years old and was treated like a piece of garbage by Dr. Bower of Lakeland Regional Health. To begin his appointment was scheduled for 10:15 am and at almost 11:00 am, after checking with the receptionist he was finally called into the exam room. When Dr. Bower came in the room and was explained of my fathers issue he began to talk over my father and myself and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give this doctor zero stars. My dad has been suffering the consequences of Dr. Bowers horrible treatment of his kidney stones for the past 3 months. My dad is thankfully back in Ohio and getting much better care and hopefully on the mend. Not to mention this man is a bully and treats his patients unprofessionally.
I had my appointment rescheduled multiple times, and now the next available date is over a year after my initial consultation. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid if you value your time.
Great Dr took the time and steps to find the problem. Always made me feel at ease as much as he could. Very patient with me. We are now on the way of fixing me problem
People who demean, bully and subjugate their patients should not be doctors. A GARBAGE human.
