I have been renting in one of their properties for 16 months. I sent an email to Jenny for urgent assistance as I am leaving the country, and she ignored my email. I also called her 4 times, and went to their office which was closed midday on a Monday. She did however manage to contact my house mate in the meantime. This is the first time I have every tried to communicate with her and she completely blanked me!
Wonderful assistance in scoring the unit for lease. As it was my first lease with no rental history, these guys made the impossible happen. Very communicative, efficient, friendly, and patient. Would recommend them highly. Claudia, thanks again. 🙏
