Great customer service. Repair is done quickly and is very high quality. I never hesitate to drop off any of my treasured or heirloom pieces in their care. Also, it's a great local establishment where my grandfather's parents purchased the engagement ring (he was in England serving in WWII) that became my grandmother's that became mine.
I absolutely LOVE Bowen! Their quality is absolutely perfect and the customer service is incredible!

I proposed back in May, and while I know I was late in getting a ring, I showed up at Bowen's at about 3:00 to pick out a ring to propose that night. They were extremely helpful in helping me pick out a ring. It turned out that the setting I wanted didn't have the right mounting for the stone I wanted, and while every other jeweler told me that it would be two weeks to send out a ring to get the mounting modified, Bowen's has a jeweler on site.
