My family has always been to Bowens. I dont question whether or not I'll get my real jewelry back like I've questioned with other stores. The staff are all knowledgeable and very friendly
I am from Canada and stopped by on a trip. Their staff help is amazing, and I bought a beautiful pair of earrings. I phoned months later looking for a small ring, and Beth remembered me and found the exact perfect item for me, I love it. She had it sized, and mailed it up, it is perfect. I would very highly recommend this store, the stock is beautiful and they are great to deal with. Very personal service.
