RecommendedBowditch customer service is top notch. David sold us 2 vehicles and has been incredible to work with since. The service department does an excellent job communicating with you, explaining everything and very polite. Thank you Bowditch.
RecommendedTwo years ago, my old Ford died, went several local Ford dealers but could not find a used vehicle with a price that met my needs. Went to Bowditch, Jim Spencer immediately pulled out what I was looking for, negotiated a price and help me find financing at competitive rates. Service thru Al Cusano is always prompt, complete and priced according to estimates. I have purchased Ford products through other Ford dealers, but Bowditch has earned my trust and patronage.
RecommendedExcellent service. Car was picked up, serviced and returned to me in good time. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Bowditch.
RecommendedAnother Great Experience at Bowditch Ford! Excellent and honest service, they were upfront about potential shipping delays for parts due to COVID-19 and still managed to fix my truck a day ahead of the quoted schedule.
RecommendedGreat team at Bodwitch! Walter Holmes is crushing it. I have bought over 10 vehicles from Walter and he never disappoints. Great customer service!
RecommendedHad some service work done today, April 21st. I made my appt yesterday, thank you Kim. She was very professional and pleasant. An employee came and picked up my car and in a few hours it was returned. Everything completed, and no charge. Love my warranty. Thanks to all who helped me today!!
