RecommendedI have been using Bowditch Ford for many years at the suggestion of my supervisor at the Daily Press Newspaper on Warwick Blvd. When I needed another car, I choose you guys, and I have not regrets. Al has been fair and always looked out for me when I used the Service Department. Hope he stays as long as I can drive and need car service. Everyone in the service department has been polite and friendly. I appreciate all the work you have done for me. Thanks again, I appreciate al you do.

First I would like to say that I was very disappointed with the service I received from this dealership. At first I thought it was going to be fine, but I was in for a big surprise I tell you! I usually get "The Works" service as it has all the things I needed for this time of service i.e. tire rotation and pressure check. I knew going in that my tires were low and my fluids needs topping off too! I sat there for about an hour at the dealer waiting for my car to get serviced.
