I was charged 600.00 for a job. They called me and said it was fixed. When I went to pick up my car, nothing had changed. the problem was still there. Now they want to charge me another 900.00 to fix it. Then they said they would call me back. They didnt. This is the worst service I have ever received! I feel deceived and ripped off. Dont go there!!!

My last service was terrible! The problem occurred two times in a week. Promised a loaner car and it didn’t happen. I’ve been leasing and buying cars from Bowditch for40 years. My current lease is up in May and I’m thinking about leasing someplace other than Bowditch!
Unfortunately service is not what it used to be at Bowditch Ford. Not only does the service department not communicate they haven’t been trained thoroughly enough to even read warranty information properly. It took the finance director to review my warranty and be able to let me know the coverage I have on my vehicle and let me know that part of my recommended repairs were covered. RecommendedHad to have a lot of front end work done to my F-150 nick was my service advisor or whatever you call them he truly worked hard to get me the best price on the work that was done other issues were found with my truck that I wasn’t aware of and he notified me right away and helped me with what was best corse if action on these matters Nick was a man of his word on the price of the repairs and will be my go to guy for any future services on my ford vehicles

Called and got appointment for 10:00 am. Got there at 9:45. At 11:30 check on my car still not in the shop. No apology or anything for running so late. Did not get it done till 1:00. When I got it back had grease on the door and rug. If you have lot of time and want poor customer service this is the place to go
