I called to schedule an appointment and they said none was necessary, come in wherever. It's 100 degrees outside and their small reception was packed with 4 large dogs that made my large shepherd uneasy so I waited outside several minutes in the heat till my dog could no longer stand it. Other dogs were coming in and I waited 15 mins, no one acknowledged me except the small barking dog at the register. I love the Bow Wow Bath House, this is such a wonderful place to take your dog. The staff is always very professional, courteous, patient, overall i wouldn't take my dog any place else in Lake Elsinore. 100% satisfied customer. My dog thinks he is at daycare when he goes there and spend the day with his friends. CASH says thank you H.Price

Never again! Cut wasn't close to what we asked for, blonde groomer yelling at dogs to "shut up", groomer upset because she had to clean up an accident on the floor, owner (dale) was rude, our debit card was charged twice & the owner challenged us about a refund when i brought him proof the next morning. Read the unpublished reviews on yelp before dropping your dog off!

I love this place! The employees really do care about your dog and are very helpful if there are any concerns about your dog. The price is great whether you have them do everything or you can even do it yourself if you prefer. When anyone asks me where I take my dog after they give my dog compliments on how nice she smells and how great she looks, I tell them I take her to Bow Wow Bath House and wouldnt take her anywhere else if i could help it.
