Bourassa catered and provided bar service for our wedding in May. To say the guests were raving about the food and service would be an understatement. Multiple guests said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding - and though biased we would have to agree! Bourassa was the perfect caterer for our wedding! The food was incredible and they were able to accommodate all of our guest's dietary restrictions. Nikki was always available to help plan the menu, answer our questions, and discuss the timeline. Our favorites were the stunning charcuterie board, the pesto shrimp with pineapple salsa, and the honey sriracha salmon. Thank you so much Nikki and Bourassa team!
We used Bourassa for our wedding, they were amazing from start to finish. Nikki helped us create a package within our budget and was great to work with. The catering team at the event were incredible, they even helped with taking down our decorations when they didn't have to. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend Bourassa!!
