In June I walked out with a broken frame after being told I would owe $175. The frames were just a little over a year old, I take extremely good care of them, and I just felt a defect shouldn't cost me so much. Last Friday Jim Mulligan himself called me. I almost thought it was a prank call as I didn't recognize the number. It was NOT a prank! I walked into the office the next day
Great place and friendly people. Never rushed through my appoint. The staff is very helpful with choosing right frames for your face. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I can't say enough about the AMAZING service I receive every time I visit . Lost my glasses and my old pair doesn't cut it. Thanks to Jim, Jesse ,Juan and Drew. Great team work for someone needing a new pair of glasses! Thank you!
