I’ve been going here for years. Was having some headaches so figured it was time to come in again. Unfortunately when I called to schedule the earliest I could get in was over a month away. (Right before Christmas 12/21) On the day of my appointment I had to take my kids (4, ages 5&under) along. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Hardest part of going here is trying to get an exam appointment that doesn't require taking time off from work (meaning an after 6 PM or Saturday time slot). Waited over a month from when I made an appointment to the day of it & then had to reschedule when another (earlier) appointment ran over & caused me to arrive about 10 minutes late. Receptionist had a bit of an attitude, but I tried to overlook that. So then I had to wait another month & take off work to get in before year end. After my daughter failed an eye exam at her pediatrician, I reached out to friends for recommendations on eye doctors. An overwhelming amount of people recommended this office and we are so glad they did! Both of our girls ended up needing glasses this week and they were at ease and enjoyed going to the doctor. The staff was kind, welcoming and professional. I always have a great experience each time I go! Everyone there is so nice and helpful! I called earlier today with a problem and they could see me the same day. That was awesome. Today was a medical need but I have been going for years to get my eye glasses and contact lenses as well. The selection is fabulous and many professionals there to help you make a great choice! If you need eye professionals I highly recommend this group!!
I've been going here for my eye exams and glasses for years. They always have unique frames and the patience to deal with my search for the perfect frame. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience when I took my daughter for an exam after we received a letter from her school saying she failed their test. The doctor seemed genuinely annoyed that she had to do the exam. I was not surprised by the professionalism of each of your employees because I had been in there before for my daughter. I am still getting used to my new glasses, but I love them and I appreciated how nice everyone was. My daughter also appreciated how the doctor treated her with the eye drops. She has trouble keeping her eyes open to get them in and the doctor got them in her eyes gently and fast. Super impressed and of course, I recommend them to everyone.
Awesome experience! My daughter had her eye exam today. Her eyes had gotten much worse and she needed a new prescription, so they rushed to have the glasses made for us. 20 minutes later we walked out with her new glasses!!! She was thrilled! Everyone in the office is extremely friendly! As always, an awesome visit!
