We can’t seem to get our lease- have waited 2 weeks. They never answer phone calls. Also applied for a townhouse with a private patio- the unit we were given does not have a patio. Still waiting on our lease guys. Also breaking the fair housing laws by charging pet fees for my Emotional Support Dogs. But we have no choice in such short notice.

I absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing and always willing to do what they can to make your stay better... plus I can't say enough how great it is to live in home where I don't have to worry about roaches crawling everywhere, unlike our previous place. The property surroundings are beautiful, and I find living here very peaceful. As for the manager, I have never met one better than her! She is kind, great to talk with, plus she loves animals! Boundary Village is an awesome place to live. The staff is very nice and caring and the neighbors are friendly.
It's ok. The staff is nice and friendly. I've waited 3 years for a patio and there is zero parking. My neighbors have 4 people living in their townhouse and they take up all of the visitors spots. It's really difficult to have guest over when they have to walk a block to get to your place.
